“Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world.
Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.”

My Services
As a licensed clinical psychologist, I offer a range of services to help individuals, couples, professionals, and communities move toward healing, clarity, and connection.
Individual Therapy
I offer one-on-one support tailored to each person's developmental stage and emotional needs—whether it's a child navigating big feelings, a college student facing academic pressure, or a senior reflecting on life transitions. Together, we create a space that fosters insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
Couples Therapy
In couples work, I help partners explore communication patterns, address conflict, and rebuild trust. The goal is to strengthen the relational bond while empowering each individual to feel heard, valued, and connected.
Group Therapy & Support
I facilitate therapy groups that allow participants to share experiences, practice interpersonal skills, and discover collective healing. Formats may include process groups, psychoeducational groups, and topic-driven sessions focused on identity, anxiety, or grief.
Clinical Consultation Groups
Designed for fellow professionals, my consultation groups support ethical reflection, case formulation, and integrative clinical thinking. We explore complex client dynamics, therapeutic challenges, and professional growth in a confidential, collaborative setting.
Dream Interpretation Consultations
Drawing from Jungian and integrative frameworks, I guide individuals through the symbolic language of dreams. This process can illuminate unconscious themes, creative tensions, and emotional truths—often unlocking new pathways for healing and insight. Read more dream interpretations ….
Self-Care Groups for Practitioners
These groups support therapists and caregivers in managing burnout, cultivating presence, and reconnecting with their own well-being. Through reflection and peer support, we honor the emotional labor of helping work while tending to the self.
Workshops, Trainings, and Presentations
I collaborate with schools, nonprofits, and corporate teams to deliver engaging mental health education and training. Topics include trauma-informed care, emotional regulation, conflict resolution, dream work, and resilience in the workplace—each program tailored to audience needs.

Policies and Procedures
Therapy Attendance
Psychotherapy typically involves weekly appointments. To benefit most from therapy, it is important to be consistent in attending appointments. We will review our work on an ongoing basis to assess progress. Individual sessions with adolescents and adults are 50 minutes. Couples therapy sessions are 90 minutes. Sessions with children are 45 minutes.
Fees & Insurance
Therapy sessions are $250 for individuals. Couples therapy sessions are $300. I do offer a sliding scale for a limited number of individuals if you have financial challenges. I accept cash, check, or credit card, including PayPal and Venmo. I currently accept Aetna and Optum insurance. If I am an out of network provider for you and your health insurance will accept a Superbill, I can provide one at the end of each month which can be submitted to your provider for reimbursement.
Communication and Cancellations:
Once an appointment is scheduled, you are expected to attend and pay for that appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify me at least 24 hours before your appointed time. If you late cancel or do not attend your session, the appointment will still be charged in full, if you use insurance you will be liable for the full fee.
With your permission, I use email and text messages when necessary to communicate with you during regular business hours. However, I am not able to ensure the confidentiality of email or text messages.
